1. Use the Order Form to order directly through the internet.
All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours. If you do not get such a confirmation, please E-mail or call at (952) 470-2172.
2. You may mail orders to: Festival Films, 6115 Chestnut Terrace, Shorewood, MN 55331. All we need are your name and address, the titles you are ordering and method of payment.
3. You may call me (Ron Hall) at (952) 470-2172 to order by phone, ask questions or identify which poster you want.
4. You may also fax your order with charge card information to the same phone number: (952) 470-2172.
5. Payment may be by VISA, Mastercard, personal checks or purchase orders (from schools and libraries). Your charge account will never be billed until shipment is made.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES -- basically we charge YOU exactly WHAT IT COSTS US. We usually charge $3.00 to ship one video or poster by air in the USA. Shipping charges on 16mm films is approximately $6 for a two-reel short by air and $15 for a feature film by surface. Overseas shipping costs cannot be accurately determined until shipment is made.
Identifying Posters
So how do you tell us which poster you want when there are more than one from the same film??? Until we implement a "shopping bag" type solution you may E-mail your order instead of using the order form. This will give you unlimited space to describe. For instance, on "Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" you could say "Holmes alone with gun" or "Holmes with flashlight and Ida Lupino." Saying "lobby card" if applicable also helps as in "Barrymore on bridge lobby card from Sherlock Holmes."
